First steps by the founder 

As a new mechanical Engineer from the technical school in Tuttlingen found Mr. Mirci right after his graduation a post as fine mechanical engineer between 1989 and 1998 in a well-known endoscopy-company in Tuttlingen.

There he took part in new endoscopes development and their s accessories. Before he left he had the direction of the service department in Tuttlingen and the possibility to travel to the USA to implement work optimization in the assembly of endoscopes at the sister branch of his former employer in Colorado.

The American way of life as mission statement 

His dream as a young fellow was to live the American way of life. Therefore he went to America since he wanted to settle down there. Between the years 1998 and 2001 he joined a company in Nashville - Tennessee, were he organized and set up successfully a repair and production centre for rigid endoscopes.

Back to the roots 

“Two years long away from home was enough for a real Tuttlinger”!

He had lived sufficient another way of life and wanted really live where the people´s heart - as he says - "pumps medical technology in their veins” and also where the “Danube in its course looks like a creek”.

Competence by experience 

With his experience he returned home and decided to found his own company in the year 2001. Endoservice Medical Instruments GmbH was during many years a pure repair centre. With the support of three other companies in the area he had the possibility to design new endoscopes and patent them.

From an "one-man-company" to now...

Today the company employees five persons in the production and repair line and one in the office. A new department of sales and marketing is creating under external professional consultancy.

Confidently look to the future 

Mr. Mirci's parts of his plans are coming true. “I don't want only to make standard rigid scopes, but bring a few developments to the market. I've lot of  ideas. Wait a couple of years since I am the one who likes and have fun in innovation in our area”. “But let us for a while now concentrate in our actual business:” make high quality endoscopes with the clear imagination!!”
