Within 24 hours after arrival of your endoscope in our house, our trained specialists will examine it very carefully, determining the actual performance condition and the exact the degree of damage.
In this phase your optical instrument will be proved for:
Checking on outer damage

- Light guide integrity and its connection under the microscope
- optical system function on the Monitor
- Mechanical parts control
Then we will issue a written a report to you describing the results of the examination and the degree of damage as well the costs for the repair. Our quotation is cost free.
You will be informed per fax or e-mail asking your allowance to proceed with the repair.
In the repair phase we will generally execute the following tasks:
Checking on inner damage
- Open the endoscope
- Determine the exact damaged and the necessary exchange of parts
- Disassembling and checking ocular system and optical parts
- Exchange of the defect parts
- Cleaning inner tube and optical parts
- Assembly the endoscope under vacuum condition for the elimination of humidity.
- Minimal Adjust of vision under camera using focusing and calibration devices
- Final assembly and closing of the optic under controlled Temperature.
After your repair confirmation you will receive your repaired endoscope within the next 5 days.
